Here are some of my knitted pieces from 1977 - 1980 or so.

Jacob's Ladder was the first piece
to be accepted into a show.

This was a sample piece that
I had outside my studio for a while.
It is suspended with mono-filament
and tacked to the floor with metal brads.

   The Clothesline was my personal
favorite. It was placed on the lawn
of the UGA Art Dept by the ceramics
lab. Folks would eat lunch up hill from
the piece -- said it was like watching
waves at the beach.

The lake piece lasted only 2 days
when a large Georgia thunderstorm
did its "thing".

5 by 5 was my final show for the MFA.
I took 5 panels and moved them around
during 5 days in the gallery.

bacTryon was designed for a one
person show at the Tryon Gallery in Tryon, NC.
This was one of a number of pieces that I created and then sent
by US Mail without ever going to the gallery -- they installed
it for me. There were a couple shows done that way.

Split Level was installed at the front
entrance of SECCA during a show I had
there. It was low to the ground and ran
for about 60 or 70 feet.
