from 1980 until 1983 I wORked as "educational media specialist"
for the center for medical communications at the school of medicine loosely
attached to east carolina university in greenville, nORth carolina. during
that time i had fun with dark rooms, analog image processors, and other
stuff. i bought myself a new camera..... an olympus xa with range finder
and shutter speed controled by f-stop. so, i played with long exposures.
this series was titled Ghosting Along. i did a number of photo copy books
from the ORiginal 5x7 photos. here are four of them. hope you enjoy.

ps these are the small ones, the large ones should be closer to ORiginal
size....
(1996 Note: Me at Sally's shoulder. Must have been near Xmas cause
of the Advent Candles on the table. SSB was still small then cause of
the high chair.)

my collages, print of a Lightning sail boat, PolORoids of my friedns,
piece from Graciela G. Marx of S.America, hand tinted olde photo,
and a book about wood type on the desk.)
(1996 Note: Here my spirit is checking out the latest magazine... don't
remember which one.)
(1996 Note: Carol Punte was one of the "official photographers"
at
CMC. Here my spirit is giving him a hard time. If you check out the
larger image you can see my glasses reflect right about the level of
the clipboard.)
