George Brett,

I got Your writing _A Critical College_ in the mail yesterday and read it aloud to Toby Spiselman last night over some ice cubes and tonic water in a glass and we did love it and you.

Thank you, We both agreed it was terrific and that you had done good work with what was available about Ray Johnson and Oh Boy what you could do If you had had first hand expereince of being at a Meeting or in on the operation of ice cubes and tonic water and I said Oh I must send him a lot of letters and stuff and information it takes time to send all that stuff after thoughts just for you and naturally George Brecht now in Germany fits into the pattern, H ow I wish I could send you c hunks of my Life and papers and as I say thoughts, So maybe I can do so,

We go next Monday to shark-infested waters of Bridgehampton I don't ever remember seeing abridge out there but windmills and Bill de Kooning isn't doing too well I will see Joseph Cornell's sister Betty a nd do the silhouette of Shelley Duvall and what about William Wilson she said?

So after reading aloud your paper about me later I am told that Andy has listed me a Using "liked" along with Klee and Raushenberg & Twobley so that made me hug Cowboy Bart who told me. He is always up on all the latest news and I did enjoy being on Andy's list in High Times magazine August issue $175 a copy I rushed to buy a copy by dawn's early light read it in the car with I bought coffee and spilled it on my legs driving.

I do not know Don Milliken at UMass. Send address and information who dat?

enclosed is Candy Darling's life mask done by Alex Streeter.
